Frequently asked questions

Does the product have a warranty?

The product is fully guaranteed against any manufacturing defects within 90 (ninety) days from the date of issue of the purchase invoice.
This warranty shall be extinguished if the following occurs:

a) If the defect is caused by misuse and non-compliance with the recommendations of the product user’s manual.

b) If the product suffers any damage caused by accidents or fall.

What is the best type of milk to use in the Milk Frother?

To have an experience like in a Coffee Shop, we recommend using whole milk. However, it also shows good results with vegetable milk such as soy, peanut, or chestnut milk, semi-skimmed milk and even sour cream! The fat content of milk is directly related to better results in the volume and density of the cream.

The milk is not frothing. What is wrong?

Make sure the milk is cold or hot at the temperature indicated. Milk at room temperature does not make such a creamy foam. Do not press hard or with too much speed when using the plunger. Make constant and gentle movements.

How should I clean my Milk Frother?

We recommend washing the parts with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive materials. Not recommended for dishwasher use.

The base of the Milk Frother has come loose. How to fix it?

Just fit it back in, holding the base with one hand and rotating the cup with the other hand, clockwise.

Is this product BPA-free?

Yes! All parts are made of plastic resins free of BPA and heavy metals.
